Just To Fill The Quota

I hate when I have to write poems like this, it always means that I’m hitting my head against writer’s block and I never like how they turn out. It does just feel like I keep it to fill the quota of a poem a day (or more realistically 31 poems written at random times in clumps) during January.

Why is it you can feel inspired

Till you pick up your pen, then

And you’re left to write

Another pointless poem

Complaining about scraping the barrel

With no inspiration left

Just to fill the quota

hope you enjoy, please feel free to comment.
